Bookings are essential, and unfortunately we will not be able to accept any walk-in photography sessions. To view the photo package options available and secure your booking, click the link below.

Entry to the centre with all pets, is to be made via the end entry doors near XS Espresso and TerryWhite Chemmart. All animals must be on a leash, caged or contained to ensure the safety of fellow pets and customers.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • All animals must be on a leash, caged or contained to ensure the safety of fellow pets and customers.
    • Under no circumstances are animals permitted within other areas of the centre.
    • Animals are permitted to enter via the Big W entry (between XS Espresso and TerryWhite). Please wait until your session time to enter the centre. Pets are only permitted to be in the centre during the allotted session time and must vacate via the same entry upon completion of your session. 
    • Animals are permitted to enter and exit via the Big W entrance only (between XS Espresso and TerryWhite) and at the Santa Set only.
    • Have your booking confirmation ready to show Santa’s helper on the day, either on your phone or print off your confirmation.
    • Arrive within 5-minutes of your booking and not any earlier or later. This will help avoid queues and customers gathering.  
    • No Refunds are available at the set, should you require a refund please contact the photography supplier Scene To Believe Customer Care on (02) 9054 2636.
